Common Questions

Can I use ProCPR for my initial CPR certification online?

Yes, whether it is your first time or your 15th time, ProCPR is a great way to get CPR certified or recertified. We recommend that anyone being CPR certified for the first time do a hands-on skill evaluation.

Is this CPR certification approved by the American Heart Association?

The American Heart does not review or approve third party CPR courses (we're their competition). However, ProCPR does adhere to the AHA's guidelines and is a perfectly acceptable CPR certification.

I'm a ________. Can I use ProCPR for my job?

Probably, but we recommend checking with your employer first to be sure. If you like, we can send a CPR compliance packet explaining our course to your administrator. Or you can see some of our specific course approvals.

How many tries do I get to pass the CPR test?

After watching the training videos, you should do just fine on the test. That said, you may retake the CPR test as many times as you need to pass it. The test questions change each time, making no two tests identical.
